The Gilbert School - Class of 1942 in Winsted, Connecticut is one of the most  outstanding graduate classes in Gilbert School history.   World War II exploded during our high school years and had a major impact on the future of every classmember.   We became adults overnight.   Eighty-three (83) graduates, plus former classmates and  wives and husbands are included.   We banded together then, and continue our connection through periodic class reunions and communications.
